Being a
Mumbaikar since birth, it is a very fortunate thing for me. Knowing the value
of this place was very important. And i got to know it as I grew up. My dad is
in this city since his childhood and his dad and so on.
So the stories
of the life in 50’s till date have been very close to my heart. I have traveled
places in Mumbai from the slums to the local chawls to the most amusing places
in Mumbai city as well as in India.
I use
to stay in my families bungalow which around 100 years old. I was hardly
affected by the price rise in the property matter. Many of my friends live in
Mumbai on rental basis. Few are Working here, few of them study and also few
families searching for new houses in nearby areas of work.
Mumbai
being the Economic capital of India, migration of people from all over India is
increasing on daily basis. Matter of fact Mumbai is the Real city of dreams. People come here with a sense
of achieving something which they couldn't achieve at their place. But, there
people already staying the same city with much higher sense of achievements
cycle goes on and on.
Recent
Rupee dollar price difference may be one of the reasons, indirectly affecting
the economy. as you can see above the statistics as compared to Lower Parel one
of demanding places in Mumbai the average price of area per square feet is so
high to those in Gurgaon.
The reason why property dealing is becoming a Business better than Gambling, every year every day every minute the price of property is rising vividly in Mumbai.
My grandfather say "we should have buried some our hands in that place" referring to the places in his olden days and rates now, he wished to owned those places.
