Aashiqui 2 was
a disappointing movie to me overall. First of all I couldn't
understand was there songs in the movie or a movie in the songs with no story
at all. The film revolves around the love and sacrifice made by both of them.
I mean it felt so ugly. The chemistry between them was unexplained It didn't appeal
to me. The movie takes off OK.
Rather than the story
the songs did a brilliant job to pull the audience in essence of love. Alcoholic
hero and famous heroin tries to play their part brilliantly. But when
he tries to take her away and she crying to get him on track was a
very repetitive part in the movie.
In spite of
those efforts made by both of them the ending was a very disappointing on
a cinematic point of view. The movie did not left some thoughts in
the mind for the audience to think.
I would stick to one
star but the songs deserve one extra
So my verdict is good
